We currently ship orders within the United States only. If your shipping address is outside our supported area, you may be unable to complete your order, or we may contact you to cancel and refund it.

Free standard shipping is available on orders that total $99.00 or more. Please note that the order subtotal after discounts or coupons are applied must still be $99 or higher to qualify for free shipping.

Additional fees may apply for gift wrapping or expedited shipping, which will be disclosed before completing your order.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the status of your shipment.

Address Accuracy

Take photos of the inner packaging
Take photos of the damaged items
Contact us immediately with your order number and photos

We will review the situation and provide a solution according to our Refund & Return Policy, which may include a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.

Risk of Loss

The risk of loss or damage transfers to you once the package is handed to the carrier. We will assist in resolving issues caused by uncontrollable factors, such as carrier problems or weather delays, in accordance with our policies.

Additional Fees for Packaging and Insurance
